We are happy to receive any questions and enquiries, it is important that you are well informed with your purchase.


Payment instructions are sent to winning bidders automatically by trademe, payments to be made within 3 days of auction close unless you want to put in on layby. Please include the trademe reference number on your payment as reference. If not, our system cannot pick up your order. We have no responsibility for the delay of shipping.

Payment will be processed when we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed. The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not process until the next working day.

Save Mall accepts payment through Credit cards such as Visa and Master cards through Trademe Paynow, Bank trnasfer or by paying cash, eftpos or crdit card upon pick up. All the prices stated on Trademe website are based on New Zealand Dollar and G.S.T Inclusive.

Pick up

Savemall will only allow pick up on those auctions that we have pick ups allow, if we do not have a pick up allowed on auctions buyers need to pay it online and they are dispatched from different location to our store.


All items are subjected to freight unless they are picked up from the store.

We use Fastway Courier for all shipping. All goods are shipped same day or the next after confirmation that payment has been received. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient.

Deliveries within Auckland or North Island will take approximately 2 working days. South Island deliveries will take approximately 3 to 5 working days to deliver. You will be provided with a tracking number through email once your order is dispatched. You will be able to view the statues of your delivery online.


We offer a

3 Month Layby on orders over $100.00 with a minimum deposit of only 20% required with the reminder to be paid off over a 3 month period with regular weekly payments, cancellation fees apply if not completed or cancelled


All our products come with 3 months warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However If you buy the product for business purposes, the warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those products.

Return & Refund Policy

Once the payment is cleared and your order is submitted your order cannot be cancelled or refunded just because simply you change your mind after the purchase.

If you receive a faulty product or an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the item so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For claims made after this time frame Save Mall reserve the right to refuse coureir claims.

Please ensure that you have foreseen all possible options before returning the item to us.

If the items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. If the product is found to be faulty, we may replace the faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item. If we decide the item should be returned to us, we will advise the arrangements for this.  Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.
