Learn all the ways we can help you reach your financial goals.

Where will your retirement money come from? If you’re like most people, qualified retirement plans, Social Security, personal savings, and investments may play a role. At Alloy Weealth Management, we’ll help you design a comprehensive plan to help grow, preserve, and protect your hard-earned assets to ensure you have an income for life.

Effective estate management enables you to manage your affairs during your lifetime and helps ensure your legacy is efficiently passed on to the ones you

love. With a legacy plan, you can outline your healthcare wishes and ensure that they’re carried out – even if you are unable to communicate. You can also designate someone to manage your financial affairs should you be unable to do so.

Investing should be easy – just buy low and sell high – but most of us have trouble following that simple advice. There are principles and strategies that may enable you to put together an investment portfolio that best reflects your risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals. Understanding these principles and strategies can help take the guesswork and emotion out of investment decisions.

At Alloy Wealth Management, we provide WealthGuard to our clients as a measure of added protection for your investments. As an WealthGuard-equipped advisor, we can help you navigate the ever-changing market.

A sound insurance strategy can help protect your family from the financial consequences of challenging life events. Our insurance services include personal insurance, liability insurance, and life insurance.

A Fixed Index Annuity combines the traditional value of guarantees, with the opportunity to earn more interest than a traditional deferred annuity. It’s main feature guarantees that your money will never be lost, or go down in value, and your gains are locked-in each year. It is a safe money product backed by the financial strength of the insurance carrier guaranteeing safety, income, liquidity, and tax deferral. The interest earned can be substantially higher because it ties the interest (return) to an external market index. This product was developed as an alternative to traditional savings vehicles because of it’s ability to provide greater returns. In addition, it’s useful for those who are adverse to risk in the stock market. A fixed indexed annuity is not an investment. A fixed indexed annuity is a contractually guaranteed transfer-of-risk strategy, and a non-correlated asset. Please note: A Fixed Annuity should not be confused with a Variable Annuity. Variable Annuities are securities, sold by prospectus, and you can lose your money because you carry the risk of its performance. A Fixed Indexed Annuity is not a security, and therefore, your principal and earnings are guaranteed to never lose value.

Fixed Indexed Annuity payments and guarantees are dependent upon the claims paying ability of the insurance carrier.

As a part of a comprehensive financial approach, we offer tax strategies and tax bill management to our clients. Some taxes can be deferred, and others can be managed through tax-efficient investing. With a careful and consistent preparation, you may be able to manage the impact of taxes on your financial efforts.

We are a provider of WealthGuard™, an incredibly simple, yet powerful early-warning system that monitors all of your investment accounts, daily, so you can invest with the confidence that there’s a plan in place to help protect your investments in all market conditions. Providing you with added peace of mind, WealthGuard securely tracks all of your accounts in one place, including asset allocation and overall performance, and immediately alerts you of any changes via email and/or text message. More importantly, WealthGuard will initiate a specific plan of action to help protect your accounts, while keeping you focused on your long-term investment goals.

And since WealthGuard monitors all your accounts automatically, it can watch over your 401(k), self-managed investment accounts, and accounts managed by financial advisors at nearly every firm in the United States.

WealthGuard™ is a complete portfolio monitoring system. Designed by determining the amount of downside risk a client is willing to tolerate, WealthGuard™ is added to client accounts to help protect from downside risk. WealthGuard™ is not a stop-loss strategy. When the account value in the portfolio hits the targeted downside value, an alert is sent to the client, advisor, and money manager. The money manager trades the account as indicated on the WealthGuard™ agreement.

There is no guarantee the exact WealthGuard™ value will be captured or assets will be traded or liquidated the same day the WealthGuard™ value is reached, due to time of day and/or market restrictions. WealthGuard™ is not responsible for any tax implications that may result due to the liquidation or trading of the holdings. FormulaFolio Investments is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information used to prepare your WealthGuard™ percentages.

WealthGuard™ does not make any representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding investing in securities or investment products. WealthGuard™ makes no warranties to the legality or suitability of any investment product.

At Alloy Wealth Management, we believe in supporting our community and the world around us. Whether through our time or donations, our team is committed to making a difference. We support a wide range of causes.
